We had an incredible experience with Austin at Zip Junk Removal here in Panama City Beach. I called him on a Sunday needing a condo renovation clean out at our place in Majestic Beach Resort (Tower 2, 21st floor). He picked up right away, I explained what we needed removed, and he gave us a clear, fair quote over the phone. He was at our condo within two hours. Being on the 21st floor, we had a variety of bulky items and renovation debris that needed to be cleaned out quickly and professionally. Austin handled everything with zero issues. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient, and he took care of the entire junk removal process from start to finish. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I needed a couch gone and called Zip Junk Removal and they were at my home within an hour and a half. They got the couch out of my house and loaded on to a trailer to haul off in a timely manner.
